No Bake Granola Bars

2 cups quick oats
|
1 cup Rice Krispies
|
1 cup creamy peanut butter or
almond butter
|
1 cup mini chocolate chips or raisins
|
2/3 cup honey or agave
|
2 teaspoons vanilla
|
2 tablespoons coconut oil
|
Combine all ingredients together and
mix gently. Scoop round tablespoons full on parchment or wax paper on a cooking
sheet. Put in the fridge for 1-2 hours
